A/W is leather mentality. Our wardrobes get darker and our textures heavier, the new autumn ranges have made leather luxurious and styled up today I’m showcasing my favourites.

Let’s start with this jacket, yes the jacket is pretty special! It’s from Shores and the fit is perfect. I love a boyfriend jacket. The width has a slight oversized hang that’s so Joey Ramone and the gradient detail makes it so rock’n’roll. This winters cut had a large collar which is perfect for mine as it’s super flattering on your chest and works really well with layers.
My new babies are from Long Tall Sally, as part of their latest autumn range they’ve gone for a double zip either side in castor leather. The quality is quite unbelievable, and made for people who have large feet like me (tall girl problems!) if you’re the same Long Tall Sally is calling you for specialised cuts and shapes to accommodate longer people like myself.

I got my top and leggings from Long Tall Sally too. I’ve found I can effortlessly layer them up for cold days and throw on a cardigan for out in the evening.
Personally since this week I’ve been on a tunic binge, it sounds silly but I’ve never been one to explore tops and bottoms, I like my dresses, playsuits, jumpsuits etc so a wrap around tunic makes a perfect dinner date outfit. I’m staying clear of wearing too much black but to mix up a low cut front against a long sleeve can be changed up from a day in the city to an event in the evening. Tunics could be the way forward and new winds of a changed Stephi.
Leggings are back in a big way, although proper leather pants are totally channeling Jim Morrison I’ve found leatherette leggings are a great go-to for simple sophisticated style that are also super comfy to wear.
It’s a rather chic look that’ll be sticking around til spring/summer as we see countless style ups going into New Year so watch these leggings for more outfits!
I got sent over some jewellery by Astroman Jewellery – I’m all for supporting and trying new things as sometimes my preference is boutique and not high street as I’m so selective with pieces I like. Crystals always work well – so this necklace has been a favourite this week and fits rather perfectly against the cut of my top, don’t you think?
Finished off with a statement snakeskin bag, and since seeing the Vielma London show with snakeskin boots I’m a big fan of snakeskin, I’ve got a jacket and now looking to sport some very outlandish shoes soon!
Leather is always king for this time of year whether you’ve realised it or not, you’ll be spotting it everywhere as it comes out the woodworks
