Fashion for men shouldn’t be overlooked as a tasteful tailored suit can be just as dashing as some band tees.
The men in your life deserves the sophistication and chicness of your ensemble too, being suited and booted is here to stay, so I styled up my boyfriend in some of this seasons hottest shirts.
STYLING UP YOUR BOYFRIEND
The key to good style is finding some personality to latch onto, that benefits your other halves characteristics. I found paisley works super well for him, it’s got the elements of the 70s with a modern twist of delicate jacquard patterning. This paisley shirt styled up with a waist coat or velvet jacket keeps this look bang on trend for spring summer, with the inspiration being the Yves Saint Laurent collection.
To add the extra trinkets to the outfit, I styled this up with a Daniel Wellington watch, checkered grey tailored trousers and pointed zigzag textured brogues, as this is a look I know he can rock from day to night.
The next shirt from Jiggler Lord Berlue is this fine striped shirt, perfect for styling up your man over dinner or for his day in the office. A classic twist on a striped shirt can be the key to adding some subtle zing into his wardrobe with a multitude of style ups and possibilities.
Or if stripes aren’t your cup of tea, a simple china blue shirt will suit all skin tones. It’s perfect for going on holiday and can be styled up with a t-shirt underneath for a laid back casual ensemble or styled up with some suit trousers for an off to work or dinner look! I love the red inside in this shirt as it contrasts against the white and blue.
Our final look is styling up delicate flowers to jazz up a great cut of shirt, this Jago shirt has small embroidered tailoring along the sleeves with a dark blue button seam, Jiggler Lord Berlue hit the nail on the head, that it may not be for the workplace but you’ll be damn sure to wear it everywhere else!
