Summer Ensemble For Gents
So Paddy often turns to me for fashion advice, as well as many men looking to try something refreshing in their wardrobe. So I thought I’d put together my three favourite pieces over at QuizMan who have a really wearable range of men’s t-shirts and jackets, including my favourite colour scheme in mens wardrobes right now – pastels. It adds a delicate touch, whilst providing a summery ensemble that would be perfect for a music festival, day at the beach or a casual daily wear.
My picks are a blush denim jacket that can be slung over the shoulders or tied around your waist for a layered look. Teamed with beautiful custom screen printed t-shirts with the versatility of being a t-shirt for all occasions – I highly condone a pink t-shirt in every man’s wardrobe, it looks fantastic with a tan! Finally, to finish off this men’s look, I’ve teamed it with a simple sandy beige pair of shorts, perfect for keeping cool, grabbing a tan on your legs, and can be swapped up for a blazer jacket if you need to transcend from day to night.
As I mentioned beforehand Quiz Clothing has navigated over the US, expanding upon their occasion wear and summer range. So my picks from their American range include a shirt dress – a simple yet versatile piece that I believe flatters all shapes and heights as the belt can cinch in your waist to your desired effect. This particular shirt dress has a gorgeous colour scheme similar to some of the latest Gucci range, giving it that edge of Italian sophistication. My next dress of choice is a floral sheer layered dress that would look delightful with free hair, a simple crossbody bag and a pair of sandals. Mix it up by adding a scarf and some statement jewellery to transcend from day to night. My final dress is a show stopping silver and white sequin dress. Quiz are renowned for their astounding evening dresses. I love the chevron design, as it mixes up a lot of cocktail dresses I frequently see, but with a twist of elegance. I’d see myself wearing this to a wedding, night out or a romantic dinner. The possibilities are endless with how you can style it up.
