  • 25g oats 
  • 4 ripe bananas 
  • 200g spelt or any flour  
  • baking powder  
  • 50ml agave syrup

-Take one banana and cut it in half. Save that half for later.

  • 250 ml almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions:

  • Pour all ingredients into a jar and stir well until you see no clumping.
  • Cover the jar and put it in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  • Top it with your favorite nuts, fruit, or peanut butter.
