How to Talk to a Loved One About Their Mental Health
We are more than two decades into the 21st century, and, sadly, talking about mental health struggles is still a bit of a taboo.
This problem multiplies when you want to talk to someone you care about regarding their mental health. Finding the right balance can be tricky if you’re going to be supportive and understanding without being too intrusive or rude.
