It’s no lie I’m not shy to cleansing brushes in fact I enforce them in a beauty regime, for years I felt lost in my skincare and I don’t believe in miracles but I certainly wish I knew about this when I was 13 with bad acne. Today let’s chat the Foreo Luna Mini one of the latest and greatest in the beautysphere.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
This super duper silicone device is a revolutionary new device in facial cleansing, it differs from bristle cleansers as it’s more sensitive, but sensitive doesn’t mean it doesn’t do a worse job. In fact the tiny silicone nodules buzz and stimulate the skin meaning that beauty products like your everyday cleanser will absorb better. I like this alternative to violently brushing away at my skin with a flannel to avoid skin irritation and redness. The Foreo Luna Mini also comes in a variety of colours, naturally as a lover of pink the magenta model had to be mine.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Major kudos points to the battery life on this device as I’ve had it for months and it still hasn’t ran out of charge and I utilise it twice a day before makeup and on removal. Simply one hours charge (which is literally nothing next to some devices that require 24 hours!) will deliver 300 cleanses, either 150 days both morning and night or near a years worth of cleansing.
HOW TO USE IT
After charging for the intial hour when unboxing the Foreo, apply your everyday cleanser, slightly wet the Foreo with warm water and use on the face for one minute. Leaving your skin clean, refreshed, makeup and dirt free. The best part of this is that there’s no interchangable heads that need to be exchanged as the device is so incredibly sensitive.
WHAT HAS TO DONE TO MY SKIN?
It has most definitely given my skin a more vibrant glow. I feel like my skin is more fresh, smooth and products have absorbed better into my skin instead of sitting on the surface. I also noticed when applying make up it sat much more even, so not only did my skin look fantastic without makeup but made the base for the makeup perfect for application.
