L’OCCITANE Terre de Lumière
So lets talk aromatic-gourmand scents with the latest release of L’Occitane introducing Terre de Lumière the new fragrance inspired by Golden Hour in Provence. So romantic isn’t it? I couldn’t think of something so beautifully inspired since my previous gallery visit. The idea of when the day draws to a close, the earth is drenched in golden light, and the sky being set ablaze with dazzling embrace as a unique scent fills the air. That’s Terre de Lumière, natural, beautiful and organic as a fragrance. Ideally perfect for the upcoming spring and summer, it’s the kind of fragrance you’d spray on in the morning mist and the journey of notes takes you through to the evening when golden hour lights up the skies.
L’Occitane Body Milk
Indulging in this body milk, was simply a dream. Creamy in texture, subtly iridescent thats both moisturising and smells heavenly. L’Occitane’s body milk leaves skin illuminated, and delicately perfumed full of contrasts of Terre de Lumière’s scent. This has been a staple in my bathroom of late, especially in the lead up to getting my summer glow, skin looks freshly moisturised and smooth.
L’Occitane Shower Gel
In combination with the body milk, I’ve been using the L’Occitane shower gel in my cleansing routine for an ultimate boost in lavender honey from Provence, leaving a serenity to my skin of overall good well-being and clean. I highly advise using this treatment incorporated for regular use whilst bathing or showering. It’s luxurious feel is simply unbeatable for the spring/summer glow that’s got me very excited to see how it shows up on tanned skin.
Clarins Moisture-Rich Body Lotion
What I’ve also been using in my post cleansing routine is the Clarins Moisture-Rich Body Lotion, packed with shea butter so that smooth silky feeling is a guarantee. I’ve found it exceptionally beneficial for my dry areas such as knees, elbows, feet. It’s deep moisturing properties makes it so ideal for areas that need some TLC. Thick in it’s formula, I will be massaging this in for a while but its so wonderful for my skin especially in cold weather. So to combine with the body milk gives me a slinky moisturised glow that’s made me ditch the tan tights and sport bare legs already.
Terre de Lumière Eau De Parfum
Now for the star of the show, Terre de Lumière Eau De Parfum is an unexpected fusion that is both fresh and warm. Using natural edible types of notes of lavender honey and almond. Simply delicious. It’s subtle and so uplifting as a fragrance, which stays on the body all day. I found it changes throughout the day so from the sweetened and subtly floral scent turns into a aromatic spiced perfume by night.
