Things You Need To Know About Shopping In An Airport
Have you ever got in a black cab in the UK and seen the price sky rocket within moments of getting in the car? I always like to utilise an Airport Transfer to get me from A to B, there’s so many good deals that you can find so that you’re not getting ripped off for an available car.

Utilise the free wifi
I’ve been in so many airports that give you one hour of free wifi, use it to your advantage! If you’re finding that you need to work on a laptop/tablet, then utilise your phone’s data to tether. Alternatively if you’re travelling and want to watch Netflix, then do download offline to cut down on expensive wifi costs.
You’ve no doubt heard a few stories of people bringing things back from Duty Free, anything from alcohol, cigarettes or perfume. It’s a wise decision, as you’re exempt from tax, just ensure you’ve buying products that are usually taxed in the country you’re in as you can get all the benefits of the discount when passing through. Just be sure to show your boarding pass, so that it can be scanned.

Get a meal deal
It’s my airport ritual to cut down on costs and get something I can guarantee I like, I’ve tried certain airport restaurants and not only been shocked at the price, but also the quality of food. Also it means that if I’m not peckish at that current time then I can take it onto plane and have a nibble whilst in the air. As plane food can be incredibly expensive for what it is, so if you can grab something that’s baggable in the airport, then you’re guaranteed to have a good meal on the plane.
Most airports have bigger beauty stands than some shopping centres I’ve been to, with a huge variety of perfumes, skincare and makeup. So I like to take advantage of having a long wait in the airport by trying out all the delicious perfumes, and finding something new I’m interested in for either me or a friend.
